How this site handles your information.
Rubato Consulting Group, LLC operates rubatoconsulting.com. This notice explains what the site collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

What you send us directly
If you use the contact form or write to us by email, we receive what you choose to send: your name, email address, company, where you are in your roadmap, and your message.
We use it to reply to you and, if we go on to work together, to carry out that engagement. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone else’s marketing.
Form submissions are processed by Netlify, which hosts this site, and reach us by email through Google Workspace. Both act as service providers to us.
What is collected automatically
Like most websites, this one records ordinary technical information when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the page that referred you.
We also use Apollo.io, a business intelligence service, which matches visiting IP addresses against its database of companies. This tells us which organisations have visited and which pages they read. It is used to understand who finds our work relevant and, at times, to inform who we reach out to.
It does not identify you personally. Person-level identification is switched off on our account. We see company names and page views, not individuals.
The Apollo script sets identifiers in your browser and sends the data described above to Apollo, which processes it under its own privacy policy at apollo.io/privacy-policy.
Fonts
Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address in order to serve them. No cookies are set by this.
Why we are allowed to do this
Where the UK or EU GDPR applies, we rely on our legitimate interest in understanding who is interested in our services and in responding to enquiries. You can object to that at any time using the contact details below, and we will stop.
Where we are acting on a contract with you, or where the law requires us to keep records, those are our bases instead.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and correspondence are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them for the relationship, and then deleted. Analytics and visitor data are retained according to the providers’ standard periods.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent where we relied on it.
California residents: we do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Turning tracking off yourself
Browser privacy settings, tracker-blocking extensions, and most VPNs will prevent the Apollo script from working or from matching your IP address to a company. We do not attempt to work around any of them.
